YEREVAN. – President Serzh Sargsyan was on hand Thursday at the official opening of the new building of the Passport and Visa Department of Armenia’s Police.  

Sargsyan toured the building, got familiar with the work carried out, the technological state and working conditions, visited several divisions, and spoke with the employees, informs the Office of the President.  

Those in charge of this domain briefed the President on the reforms that were implemented in the procedure toward processing the applications on Armenian citizenship. 

They also presented to Sargsyan the results of the works carried out to resolve the relevant matters.
