YEREVAN. – The Professional Commission on Constitutional Reforms will convene a regular session on Saturday and discuss the proposals for modifying the controversial provisions of the Constitution of Armenia, Zhamanak daily reports.

“Incidentally, there are rumors that the system of governance will not change as a result of the Constitutional amendments; that is, a transition will not be made toward a parliamentary system of governance.

“Zhamanak attempted to clarify this matter from Commission member Gevorg Danielyan. He said there is no clear decision as of yet,” Zhamanak writes.
