YEREVAN. – The American national currency’s average exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 407.25/$1 at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange on Wednesday.

The aforesaid rate is a 0.25-percent, or an approximately AMD 1, surge from the previous trading session on Tuesday.

Wednesday’s sales totaled $200,000 million at the stock exchange.

The dollar gained value by about AMD 0.50 at the cash foreign currency market of Armenia. The American dollar’s buying exchange rate rose all the way to AMD 406.5/$1, and its selling rate, to AMD 408-409/$1.
