Donald Miller, a 61-year-old resident of the US State of Ohio who was considered dead ever since 1994, was unsuccessful in trying to prove to the court that he is actually alive.  

Being fired from his job, Miller had disappeared in 1986. He had left his wife and two children in a state of uncertainty. And in 1994, the court had declared Miller dead, Golos Rossii reports.  

The man returned to Ohio in approximately 2005 and knowing nothing of his “death.” He attempted to reinstate his social security number through court, but found out that a man named Donald Miller does not exist for already nineteen years.
