British House of Lords has just started debates on Armenian Genocide.
The debates on “Events in Armenia from 1915 to 1917” proposed by Baroness Caroline Cox are included in the agenda of the Grand Committee following the discussion on British overseas territories and treaties. Baroness Cox will ask Her Majesty’s Government whether they will reconsider their position with regard to the recognition as genocide of the events in Armenia from 1915 to 1917.
