Based on the Charter of the Office of the President, which was approved by a decree of the President of Armenia, President Serzh Sargsyan has decided to appoint Father Mesrop Aramyan as Advisor to the President of Armenia, on voluntary basis and with respect to educational matters, informs the Press Office of the President.
