At the April 1 sitting, RA Government made a decision allowing traffic officers to fine pedestrians violating traffic regulations at the spot.

The executive body approved the program of reforms in police for 2010-2011, aiming at building public confidence for law enforcement authorities, RA Governmental Information and PR Department informed NEWS.am.
