April 3, RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on the appointment of Ruben Karapetyan RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Italy, with concurrent accreditation to Slovenia (residence-Rome).
Under another presidential decree, Armen Sargsyan was appointed RA Ambassador to China, with concurrent accreditation to Singapore (residence-Beijing).
