As a result of reductions and translation editing, the interview of RA President Serzh Sargsyn to Der Spiegel appeared inaccurate, said RA President spokesman Armen Arzumanyan.

In particular, referring to Azerbaijan's intention to settle Nagorno Karabakh conflict, the RA President said: “If Azerbaijan recognized the independence of the Nagorno-Karabakh, I think the issue could be resolved within few hours. Unfortunately, they still reckon that should return Karabakh, which implies a complete expulsion of Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh within a short period of time.”

Arzumanyan underlined that Der Spiegel editors promised to correct the inaccuracies.
