Last week Azerbaijan fired at Karabakhi positions on the contact line of NKR and Azerbaijani armed forces. According to NKR Defense Ministry, as a result of actions by NKR Defense Army the adversary was silenced.

According to NKR Defense Army operational data, 1088 ceasefire violations from Azerbaijanis side were registered in the first quarter of current year, mainly from AK-47, AKM, Dragunov sniper rifle, Black Arrow, DShK 1938 and RPG-7. Overall 7648 bullets were moulded from Azerbaijani side to NKR defensive posts.

High intensity of truce violations (454) was registered in March. 2872 bullets were fired, of which 2.553-from AK-47 and AKM, 35-Black Arrow, 193-Dragunov sniper rifle and 31-PK.
