The construction of a logistic center at the Akhuryan 2 station, near the Armenian-Turkish border, is underway, Marat Khakov, First Deputy Director General of South Caucasus Railway (SCR) told NEWS.am.

According to him, it is early to speak about the completion of repair works of Armenian section of the railway infrastructure. Khakov noted that in case there is a political decision to open the Armenian-Turkish border, SCR will by no means prove to be an obstacle to railway communication with Turkey.
