Today, at 6:20 p.m. all-national ANC rally started traditionally near Matenadaran. ANC leaders and Levon Ter-Petrosyan are on the rostrum. The rally is held by PPA Secretary Grigor Harutyunyan.

As announced, the meeting is timed to regular congress of International Federation for Human Rights started April 6 in Yerevan. It is expected that Ter-Petrosyan will deliver a long-winded speech, outlining his vision on human rights state in the country, as well as assess developments in Armenia-Turkey relations’ normalization and Karabakh conflict settlement.
