Speaker of the Karabakh parliament Ashot Ghulyan on Wednesday met with Congressmen Adam Schiff in Washington.  

“Wonderful to meet with Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Parliament Speaker Ashot Ghoulian today to discuss Artsakh and how the United States Congress can support peace and economic development there. I hope to visit Artsakh soon to assess the situation and to review our assistance programs and other efforts to strengthen them,” Schiff wrote on Facebook about the meeting.

Ashot Ghulyan also participated in the event devoted to the 22nd anniversary of the referendum of independence of Nagorno-Karabakh will be held Tuesday at the US Congress.
