Turkish and Azerbaijani FMs held a meeting on the margins of OSCE Ministerial Council held in Kyiv.
According to Turkish media, the goal of the meeting was discussion of Karabakh conflict and mechanisms of establishing peace and stability in the region. Ahmet Davutoglu and Elmar Mammadyarov agreed to expand and strengthen interaction between the states.
Earlier Elmar Mammadyarov met with Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian, while Ahmet Davutoglu held a meeting with Russian FM Sergey Lavrov.
