YEREVAN. - Armenian Constitutional Court President Gagik Harutyunyan, who is also Chairman of the Specialized Commission on Constitutional Reforms, took the floor Friday at the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe.
Harutyunyan presented a report on the ongoing constitutional reforms in Armenia.
As a result of the account, the Venice Commission decided to set up a five-member working group of international experts, to conduct joint work.
