U.S. Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group is pleased with talks of Armenian and Azerbaijani FMs held in Kyiv on the margins of OSCE ministerial council.
“I’ve left Kyiv and am pleased the ForMins of #Armenia and #Azerbaijan held substantive talks. A settlement is possible if there is the will,” James Warlick tweeted.
The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, and the personal representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office met Wednesday in Ukrainian capital city Kyiv. The meeting was followed by a statement of the heads of delegations of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing states.
