YEREVAN. – All of Armenia’s national and inter-village roads are primarily passable as of Monday at 9:30am.

But Selim Mountain Pass and the Sotk-Karvachar motorway are closed, informs the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The regional roads are difficult to pass, and there is black ice on all these roads.

And according to the information received from Georgia’s Emergency Situations Department, the Stepantsminda-Larsi Highway—which leads to the Armenian border—is open solely for vehicles with chained wheels.
