Turkish Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan started his visit to France from the Palace of Versailles, where French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner met him and his spouse Amina Erdogan.
Welcoming the guests, French official shook Erdogan’s hand and then stooped to kiss Mrs. Erdogan’s hand, but she withdraw it hinting he should not do that. She behaved likewise with other French senior officials.
