YEREVAN. - The American national currency’s exchange rate, against the Armenian dram (AMD), comprised AMD 404.95/$1 at the cash foreign currency market of Armenia on Friday. 

The aforementioned rate is an AMD 0.18 rise from Thursday. 

The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 556.85 (down by AMD 0.48), that of one Russian ruble was AMD 12.34 (down by AMD 0.01), and the rate of one British pound was AMD 661.28 (down by AMD 2,7), informs the Central Bank of Armenia.

A total of 21 transactions were conducted at the credit resources of NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange. The total volume of these transactions amounted to 38,000,000,000 drams (approx. $93,469,394). 

Friday’s trading totaled $4,100,000 at the stock exchange. The transactions were conducted at an average exchange rate of AMD 404.69/$1, and the trading session closed at AMD 404.75/$1.
