Ukraine and Russia will sign an agreement to remove trade contradictions between the states, Ukrainian PM Nikolay Azarov said.

He noted that the agreement will be signed by presidents in Moscow on December 17.

The agreement will eliminate contradictions, including in customs matters and standardization, Azarov said, adding that the presidents will negotiate major programs in the fields of shipbuilding, aerospace and many other areas, Interfax reported.

Azarov said Ukraine realizes Russia’s importance for Ukrainian economy.
