YEREVAN. – U.S. Ambassador to Armenia John Heffern expressed condolences to Serzh Sargsyan.
“On behalf of himself and his wife Libby, Ambassador Heffern would like to express his condolences to President Sargsyan on the passing of his father,” reads the message posted on Embassy’s website.
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan’s father, Azat Sargsyan, passed away at the age of 84 on Monday in Stepanakert, capital city of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
