YEREVAN. – Producers of spirits and ethyl alcohol will be able to get licenses during 23 days instead of previous 30, Minister of Agriculture Sergo Karapetyan said during the government’s session on Thursday.
Karapetyan explained the new regulations are envisaged by the amendments to the law on licensing adopted in April 2013.
Regulation does not apply to liqueurs and other alcoholic beverages with the strength up to 9% as well as fruit and berry wines with the strength above 40%.
