Europe is open for the Ukrainian people and as soon as they want to sign Association Agreement, Europe will be open for it, said Lithuanian president.

“Europe is open for the Ukrainian people but not necessarily for their government. That’s the message. Ukrainian people need to decide themselves about their future and their country’s future. but not the government any more,” Dalia Grybauskaitė told reporters in Brussels.  

She added that the Ukrainian government lost its credibility in Vilnius.
