YEREVAN. – There are reasonable grounds for petitioning to the Constitutional Court with regard to parliament’s vote on the agreement suggesting the sale of 20% of ArmRusgasprom shares to Russia’s Gazprom.
ARF member Artsvik Minasyan said there are facts of violations of the Constitution and the regulations of the National Assembly.
If the parliamentary majority continues claims that the vote took place, four non-coalition political forces of the parliament will appeal to the Constitutional Court, he said.
Minasyan assured that protest actions will continue “as long as constitutional solution is found”.
