YEREVAN. – The Armenian ministry, which held talks with Russia on natural gas, must be sued. If so much debt has accumulated in three years, this is a criminal offense.
Democratic Party of Armenia (DPA) Chairman Aram Sargsyan noted the aforesaid at a press conference on Tuesday.
“Even though I am in favor of Armenia’s accession to the [Russian-led] Customs Union, Armenian-Russian agreements [on gas] are a serious problem,” Sargsyan added.
The DPA leader stressed that in order to assess the political processes of the passing year, one needs to take into account what policy was conducted before.
In his words, Armenians have left their domestic matters and, instead, they discuss the actions by foreign players.
“We need serious, prepared people in the [Armenian] authorities. Otherwise, the level of emigration [from the country] will increase,” Aram Sargsyan maintained.
