The RA Public Services Regulatory Commission has published a specified investment plan of the ArmRusgasprom CJSC. Under its 3-year investment plan, the company is to invest a total of 24,426.6m AMD (U.S. $63m).

This year the company plans to invest about 9.6bn AMD (39.2% of the total amount). Next year’s share is over 9.9bn AMD (40.6%), and the 2012 share over 4.9bn AMD (20.2%).

The lion’s share of investments (over 17.5bn AMD or 71.7%) will be directed to the gas transmission system for uninterrupted gas supply and maintenance. Almost 9bn AMD will be invested in modern technologies, with 4.6bn AMD to be invested this year.

A total of 6.9bn AMD or 28.3% will be invested in the gas transportation system: 1.8bn AMD will be invested in the renovation and replacement of gas pipelines, 1.2bn AMD in the construction and renovation of gas distributing stations and other engineering structures.
