YEREVAN. – The ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) will convene an Executive session on Thursday, RPA Organizational Issues Committee Chairman Ruben Tadevosyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The session’s agenda will be prepared on the spot.

The RPA had not held a meeting last week because the party chairman, President Serzh Sargsyan, had traveled to the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.

The party has convened sixteen Executive and two Board meetings so far this year. According to the party charter, the Republican Party of Armenia must convene a Board meeting three times a year, which means they will hold one more such meeting by the year’s end.
