YEREVAN. – Leader of Heritage party Raffi Hovannisian invited political parties, NGOs and individuals to what he calls “a citizens' assembly” that will be held in Liberty Square on December 5.

“We have presented all our initiatives to our partners. I personally have not received a response, but I am sure that on December 5 we will have many participants,” he told reporters on Monday.

Hovannisian said he hoped the three parliamentary parties will hold a rally in the square in November, but the meeting did not take place and he had to organize an assembly.

The party also plans to organize rallies in Gyumri and Vanadzor.
