The Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia, Aleksandre Tchikaidze, on Monday started his official visit to Armenia, the Georgian interior ministry press service informed.

Within the framework of the visit, the minister will meet with President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, reported Gruzia Online news agency of Georgia.

Tchikaidze will also hold talks with the Chief of Police, the Head of National Security Service, and the Minister of Emergency Situations of Armenia.

At the meetings, the sides will discuss the intensification of bilateral cooperation in law enforcement.

The official visit will be completed on Tuesday.
