YEREVAN. – Fair elections in Armenia force to abandon elections in single-member districts and require transition from parliamentary elections to 100% proportional system, secretary of Prosperous Armenia party Naira Zohrabyan said.

Of course, there are exceptions, but in fact Armenian authorities get a start bonus of 41 parliamentary seats and real opportunities to form stable majority from one elections to the other.

“If the authorities do not have political will, it is necessary to ensure fair elections with power of the law. If there is any other way to fair elections, please make proposals, let's discuss how to overcome the current problems. If you are ready for it,” Zohrabyan said during the debates on Monday.
