Politician of Armenian descent will preserve a seat in Uruguay's Cabinet of Ministers after Tabare Vazquez won presidential elections on Sunday, RFE/RL Armenian service reported.
Liliam Kechichian will preserve her seat as a Minister of Tourism and Sport of Uruguay, the newly elected president said.
Liliam Kechichian visited Armenia last year and held meetings with country’s leadership.
