A joint delegation of the Ministry of Economy and the general civil aviation department headed by the chief of department Artyom Movsesyan visited Indonesia in November.

The delegates participated in the conference of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

During the conference, Armenian delegation held bilateral meetings with delegations from the European Union and several countries. The latter include: Poland, Iceland, the Netherlands, Australia, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Greece, Singapore, Qatar, Thailand, Kuwait, Norway and Jordan. 

The Armenian delegates briefed the sides on the policy of liberalization of air transportation carried out by the government so that Armenia could be included in business plans of the air carriers of the mentioned countries.

The delegations confirmed the agreement with Armenia and expressed readiness to implement them, according to national procedures. Armenia signed relevant documents on the arrangements reached with most of the delegations.
