STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR; Artsakh) President Bako Sahakyan on Saturday received Seyran Ohanyan, the Minister of Defense of Armenia.
Army building, and cooperation between the two Armenian states in this domain were discussed during the meeting, informed the Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President.
The Artsakh Defense Army First Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff, Major General Kamo Vardanyan, also attended the talk.
