Azerbaijan voiced a protest to Russian foreign office's representatives in Altay and Tomsk regions.
The protest was voiced in connection with the visit of a group of postgraduate students of the Russian National Research Tomsk State University to Nagorno-Karabakh, haqqin.az reported.
