STEPANAKERT. – Military serviceman Tigran Simonyan, 24, sustained a fatal gunshot wound on Tuesday at around 7:55pm.
The soldier was mortally wounded in the line of duty of a protection area of a Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Defense Army unit, which is stationed in a northerly direction.
An investigation is underway to find out the details of the incident, the NKR MOD press service reported.
