YEREVAN. – President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on Monday issued a message of congratulations to President Dalia Grybauskaitė of Lithuania.
In his address, Sargsyan congratulated Grybauskaitė on the anniversary of the Lithuanian Independence Day.
