YEREVAN. – The European Union continues to support normalization of the Armenia-Turkey relations, head of EU delegation Traian Hristea said during discussion in Yerevan.

“We would like to encourage the sides to remain committed to process normalizations without preconditions, despite of withdrawing from the countries' parliaments,” Hristea said during discussions titled “Armenia-EU Relations: Charting a New Course”.

The EU Ambassador noted that “this year's commemoration of the atrocities in the Ottoman Empire are also a test case for the future of Armenia-Turkey relations.
