Deputy Chairman of the Armenian parliament, head of CSTO delegation Eduard Sharmazanov had a meeting with OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Secretary General Spencer Oliver.

They underscored importance of continuation of future cooperation between the CSTO and OSCE. The sides discussed developments in South Caucasus and Ukraine, noting importance of peaceful resolution of all conflicts.

Speaking about the Karabakh conflict, Eduard Sharmazanov noted that Armenia and Karabakh support exclusively peaceful solution of the conflict and within OSCE Minsk Group format. The Armenian delegate emphasized that Azerbaijan's attempts to resolve the conflict by force are unacceptable.

Sharmazanov expressed hope that the OSCE PA representatives will participate in the events marking Centennial of the Armenian Genocide.
