YEREVAN. – Armenia will get 7.25 million Special Drawing Rights (SDR) from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) for development of agricultural infrastructure.

The loan agreement that had been signed last November was approved during government's meeting on Tuesday.

The Armenian side will get 7.25 million SDR as a loan and 231,000 as a grant ($10. 1 million and $320, 000). The loan will be granted for 25 years with a preferential period of five years and interest rate of 1.25 percent.
