STEPANAKERT. – The Azerbaijan Ministry of Defense (MOD) report, according to which the Armenian military subdivisions have allegedly conducted acts of sabotage in the direction of Azerbaijani military positions last night, is false, and it is another product of the vivid imagination of Azerbaijani propaganda.

The Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) MOD has noted the aforesaid in a statement.

“We also inform that the adversary violated the ceasefire along the entire length of the Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces around 200 times, on [Wednesday,] March 11 and early [Thursday,] March 12.

“During this time, it fired more than 4,000 shots in the direction of Armenian military positions, and by way of rifle weaponry and mine throwers.

“The NKR DA [i.e. Defense Army] vanguard divisions [, however,] control the tactical operational situation, and continue to confidently carry out the military watch.

“At the same time, the NKR MOD informs that the full accountability for the tension on the frontline falls on the Azerbaijani side, and it will not remain without consequences,” the statement also reads, in particular.
