YEREVAN. – The President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, on Friday met with members of the Presidential Special Committee on Constitutional Reforms.
At the talk, Sargsyan presented its views on the constitutional reforms’ concept, which the aforesaid committee has developed.
