STEPANAKERT. – The first meeting of the public council at Nagorno-Karabakh's Defense Ministry was held on Friday.
Chairman of the council Vitya Yaramishyan presented the approved charter of the council, the tasks and plan of events. The decision on creating “Council of Women” was submitted.
