YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of Armenia received a call on Saturday at 12:56am.
Accordingly, an about 40-year-old man, presumed run over and dead, was found on a street in Gyumri city.
It was found out that the dead body of an unidentified man was discovered at an intersection nearby a restaurant.
