A discussion, entitled “Armenian Genocide: Routes of Exile,” will be held on Friday evening in Bourg-Lès-Valence, France. 

Historian Jean-Luc Huard, who is a specialist in the migrations of Armenians and the author of works on the Armenian community in the French region of Valence, will deliver a presentation, reported the French Armenian Nouvelles d’Arménie magazine.

The event will present the routes, sometimes unlikely, whereby the genocide survivors had escaped and reached all the way to Europe.  

The discussants will also reflect on the suffering of the Armenian people and their will to live.   

Respective photographs, maps, and documents will be displayed, too.
