YEREVAN. – Speaker of the Armenian parliament Galust Sahakyan said Russia's arms sales to Azerbaijan is "morally vulnerable".

The Armenian side had constantly raised the question during their meetings with Russian authorities.

“If the legal and diplomatic side is not the case, in terms of moral we need to think very seriously, because the issue begins to affect the relations between two nations,” Sahakyan said.

At the same time he recalled that Armenia, unlike Azerbaijan, is purchasing Russian weapons on preferential terms.
