YEREVAN. – The video with an Armenian soldier has been forged by the Azerbaijani side, Armenian MP, General Seyran Saroyan told reporters on Tuesday.

He commented on a video spread by Azerbaijani media that showed a Karabakh army soldier who had crossed the line of contact.

“It is a fake, it is clear. Why did he cross the line? How can I know? You have to ask him. He may be mentally ill,” the MP said.

As reported earlier, soldier Andranik Grigoryan left weapons and ammunition and crossed the line of contact on Sunday.
