Russian president Vladimir Putin will visit Armenia in the near future, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said.

“Russian President Vladimir Putin is expected to visit Armenia in the coming days to participate in the events dedicated to the centennial anniversary of the Armenian Genocide,” Nalbandian said during his talks with Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.

The Armenian minister said that Yerevan expects meeting of the presidents in Moscow this May, Interfax reported.
