Russia rules out the possibility of the Nagorno-Karabakh (NK) conflict entering a “heated phase.”
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated the aforesaid Wednesday, and following the talks with Edward Nalbandian, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.
“We don’t even have a passing thought that the NK conflict will embark on a heated phase. I’m confident that, despite the rhetoric, none of the stakeholders wants that.
“All of our actions with respect to the NK conflict issue, I mean Russia’s actions, are aimed at finding a mutually acceptable solution as soon as possible,” Lavrov specifically noted.
