On April 24, the Catholics and Protestants in Austria will celebrate a mass at the St. Stephen’s Cathedral in Vienna, reported the Vatican Radio German service.
The heads of churches in Austria will commemorate the victims of the genocide of Christians: Armenians and Greeks.
The aforesaid is stated in the letter which Austria’s Christian community leaders have sent to the country’s top senior officials.
“We honor this memory for one purpose: that such events recur never and nowhere,” the letter also reads.
