STEPANAKERT. - The Supreme Court of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) will consider the complaint filed by Azerbaijani spies  Dilkham Askerov and Shakhbaz Guliev.

Arkady Israelyan, the attorney of Shakhbaz Guliev, told Armenian News – NEWS.am that the hearing is scheduled to be held on May 27.

Dilkham Askerov and Shakhbaz Guliev were sentenced to life imprisonment and  22 years of imprisonment respectively on charges of illegal crossing of the border of the NKR, espionage, possession of ammunition, kidnapping and murder of a teenager, murder of an Armenian Army officer, and theft. On March 10, 2015, the NKR  Court of Appeal upheld the verdict of the first instance court.
